- How come I have to register as an iCoke™ Member?
You only have to register as an iCoke™ Member if you want to enter contests and collect iCoke Points™. It's the only way we can get in touch with you if you win something. You also need to register to collect iCoke Points™, which you can use to get great rewards.

Membership on iCoke.ca™ is open to all individual residents of Canada above the age of 13. People under the age of 13 need parental consent.

- What is My Profile?
My Profile is where you can view and make changes to your user profile. It's also where you can get detailed Activity History, Shipping Status, manage your Watchlist and see how many iCoke Points™ in your account.
Once you register, you can always access your account from the box on the top right corner of each page.
- I can't find My Profile on the site. Why?
Once you register on iCoke.ca™, you can access your account through the "My Profile" button in the top navigation. The top navigation sits at the top of your screen wherever you are on the site.

- What is in the My Profile Section?
This is the area that will allow you to update and confirm information as it relates to your iCoke™ Member profile. If you need to review or change any of your account information, this is the place to do it.
- What is My Activity?
My Activity allows you to view the date, name and cost of items purchased on iCoke.ca™ with iCoke Points™. You can also view the contests you have purchased ballots for in the section. The contest and number of entries are available for viewing when signed in as an iCoke™ Member.
- What is My Watchlist?
My Watchlist is a tool on iCoke.ca™ that allows you to monitor the amount of iCoke Points™ you have collected compared to the value of items that you would like to purchase. You can select items you would like to buy and monitor your saving progress in the widget seen throughout the site when you are logged in as an iCoke™ Member.
- What is Shipping Status?
This is where you can view the status of items you have purchased at iCoke.ca™. This information can only be view if you are logged in as an iCoke™ Member.
PIN Codes and iCoke Points™ ViewClose
- What are PINs and where do I find them?
Promotional PINs are alphanumeric codes found on specially marked Coca-Cola® products and on special promotion materials, such as iCoke™ contest cards. These PIN codes give registered iCoke™ Members the chance to collect iCoke Points™ and instantly win prizes. Everyone who enters a PIN code receives the number of iCoke Points™ indicated on the specially marked package.
- What can I use my PIN for?
The PIN you receive will entitle you to the amount of iCoke Points™ specified on the specially marked package of the product you purchased. To view the the PIN value corresponding to each Coca-Cola® product, you can visit the Earn Points section of the site.
You can then use your iCoke Points™ to enter contests or you can use your iCoke Points™ to purchase items from the site. In some cases, depending on the type of contest you are entering, all you need to do is enter your PIN for a chance to win. We create official contest rules for each contest we run, so you can always find out how to enter the contest that interests you.
- OK, I have a PIN. Now what?
Enter your PIN in the entry field located at the top left of the navigation bar, just below the iCoke.ca™ logo. PINs can also be entered during the flow of any PIN based promotional contest. See the of the 'Enter Contests' section for more information on current contests.
You can also enter PINs from your cell phone by text messaging the PIN code to 42653 (i-C-O-K-E). If you enter a PIN via cell as a registered iCoke.ca Member, you will be notified of your entry status by text message.
If you're not an iCoke™ Member, we'll keep your PIN result on hold for 72 hours. You need to register as an iCoke™ Member within that time. Once you do, you will be notified to the status of your PIN entry. Remember that if you choose to enter your PIN from your cell phone, standard text messaging fees will apply.
- Can I enter a PIN via cell in French?
If you'd prefer to conduct text messaging in French, type 'FR', then a space before typing in your PIN code.

- What are iCoke Points™?
iCoke Points™ act as virtual points on iCoke.ca™. Registered iCoke™ Members can redeem them to enter for a chance to win prizes in Enter Contests or they can be used to purchase iCoke™ merchandise.
- How do I collect iCoke Points™?
You need to be an iCoke™ Member to collect iCoke Points™. iCoke™ Member can collect Points by entering a valid PIN code during promotional periods. These PINs are alphanumeric codes found on specially marked Coca-Cola® products or iCoke™ contest cards. Look in the 'Earn Points' section to find out about those programs.
- I think My Account is showing the wrong Point total. What do I do?
First check your contest entry/downloads/purchase histories in the My Profile section. If your Points balance still appears to be wrong, Talk to Us.
- Are iCoke Points™ like real money?
No. iCoke Points™ have no monetary value. They are non-transferable and non-tradable. They can only be used on iCoke.ca™.
- Didn't Points used to be called Coins?
Yes they did. We changed their name when we redesigned the site. Any Coins you may have had in your account were changed into Points at that time. If your balance is not correct, please check My Activity in the My Profile section of the site.

- What are Rewards?
Get Rewards is our online shop where you may acquire items in return for a stated number of iCoke Points™. You must be a resident of Canada in order to shop here.
- How do I buy an item?
Browse the items found in the Get Rewards Section of the site. Once you find an item you would like to buy click on the 'Get it Now' button and follow the steps. Once you've completed a successful transaction you will be able to view a Thank You page containing your order information. You'll be able to print that page to keep for your records if you wish.
- How do I find out what items are available in the Get Rewards section?
Go to the Get Rewards section located in the top navigation of the site, to view all available items.
You can also opt-in to hear from us so we can send you notifications of new offers. If you are not currently receiving email updates from iCoke.ca™ and want to, go to your profile in "My Profile" and select yes in the VIP section.
- My purchase was declined - why?
The item may be out of stock, you may not qualify based on the terms & conditions for the item or you may not have the required amount of iCoke Points™ to purchase the item.
- Do I pay for delivery?
No. Shipping for all items purchased in the Get Rewards Section is free anywhere in Canada and will take approximately 90 days.
- Where will you deliver?
Anywhere within Canada. Deliveries will be made to the street address you supply when you confirm your order. Please ensure your mailing information is correct.
- How will my purchase be delivered?
It depends what it is. Hard goods will be mailed while goods available in digital format can be downloaded. If you request memberships, the passwords will be sent to the e-mail address you provide.
Make sure your address and email are correct in your account; you'd hate someone else to get your stuff!
- How long will it take to deliver my purchase?
Please allow 90 days for shipping.
- What if my item(s) do not arrive?
If your item doesn't arrive within 90 days after you submitted your order online, please contact us and we'll look into it. Please tell us which items you ordered and have not yet received as well as your delivery address so we may check it against our records. Remember to print or keep a copy of the confirmation page as reference if you need to contact us.
- Can I return or exchange any of the items I purchase with my iCoke Points™?
No. All purchases with iCoke Points™ are final once they are redeemed.

- Can I enter PINs from any cell phone?
In order to get proper iCoke Points™/entries you need to use the cell phone you registered otherwise someone else will get your winnings and iCoke Points™. Keep your cell information in the My Profile section up-to-date.

Providing your cell phone number is optional unless you would like to enter contests and redeem PINs via your cell. In that case we definitely need your number. It's also how you can download fabulous wallpapers and ringtones.
Plus, cell phone registrants can also get the latest iCoke™ news and offers delivered to their cell.

- Can I get mobile ringtones and wallpapers for my MP3 player or computer?
No. Unfortunately, the mobile ringtones and wallpapers on iCoke.ca™ were created for cell phones only.
- How do I download a ringtone or wallpaper to my cell?
First, make sure you are a registered iCoke™ Member. Second, check to see if you have enough iCoke Points™ to get the download you want. Generally, ringtones are worth 1,500 iCoke Points™ and wallpapers 1,000.

OK, once you've done all that go to the For Your Phone section. Pick your download, follow the prompts, confirm your info and, we'll send you a message with a download link. When you get the message, click the link and follow the directions.
- I gave iCoke™ my cell number so I could download ringtones and wallpapers. Now I get text messages from iCoke™ I don't want. What should I do?
If you do not want to receive text messages from iCoke™ text the word 'Stop' to 42653 (i-C-O-K-E) or go to My Profile and un-check the box next to 'Send me Coca-Cola® offers by text message'. Doing this will still allow you to download stuff to your cell.

When you purchase a specially marked Coca-Cola® product or when you obtain a specially marked iCoke™ contest card, you will find a PIN and the number of iCoke Points™ associated with the PIN. Enter the PIN to receive your iCoke Points™ and then use those iCoke Points™ to enter one of the contests offered on iCoke.ca. PINs expire as indicated on the package. If you are considered a minor where you live at the time you registered as an iCoke™ Member, you will need parental (or guardian) permission to claim your prize. Your parent or legal guardian will have to fill out the 'Prize Claim Release Form' and the prize will be released to them.
- Will my prize have a warranty?
Coca-Cola® Ltd. does not issue any warranties or guarantees in connection with the prize.
- Can anyone enter iCoke™ Contests?
Generally speaking, our contests are open to all individuals who are resident in Canada at the time of entry who registered as iCoke™ Members. Individuals who work for us, our licensed bottlers, or our agencies are typically not allowed to enter our contests. We also don't allow group entries. Each contest is different. It is always a good idea to read our contest rules because they specifically identify who is not eligible to enter our contests.

- How long does it take to get my ringtone or wallpaper?
After your order has been confirmed, we'll send you a message within 2-5 minutes. Several factors affect how long it takes this message to get to your phone; including the amount of traffic in our network and your phone's reception. In some cases your phone might not receive our text messages. If so, contact our representatives for additional help.
Once you get your ringtone or wallpaper, you must download it to your mobile phone within 72 hours.
- What if I don't see my carrier or phone listed?
If your carrier isn't listed it means they currently don't allow iCoke™ and other external vendors to send content into their network. However, we encourage you to contact your carrier and ask them for iCoke™ content.
- My carrier is listed but my phone is not?
It is possible that your phone is not compatible with iCoke™ content. If you feel your phone is compatible but is not listed, please contact us with your carrier and phone model, so we can look into the possibility of adding it to our offerings.
- What is a True Tone?
True Tone is a ringtone that is an actual recording. It's capable of handling real voice recordings as well as voiceover music recordings. True Tones are only available on certain phone models capable of handling these special formats.
- What are Polyphonic Ringtones?
These ringtones have the ability to generate 16 or more separate sounds at the same time. This makes for music that is richer and, typically, much more recognizable than standard ringtones. Polyphonic ringtones are the most widely supported format of ringtones.
- What cell phone carriers allow iCoke.ca™ downloads?
Currently, only the carriers listed in the drop down menu on the For Your Phone page support iCoke.ca™. If your carrier is not listed there, unfortunately, you will not be able to download ringtones or wallpapers from iCoke.ca™.
- Why is my cell phone and model number not listed on the ringtones/wallpapers page?
If your cell phone and model number are not listed, it could be that it is an older make that cannot receive polyphonic or true tone ringtones.
- How do I get my download?
First, ensure you have enough iCoke Points™ to redeem for a cell phone download and chosen download from the available list. Then follow the directions and we will send you a message with a link. Click the link and follow the directions. Your ringtone or wallpaper will download directly from there.

- I want to watch a video. I keep clicking on it, but it doesn't play for me. What's going on?
You may need to have a Windows Media or QuickTime plug in to view video footage of any kind on iCoke.ca™. To get these plug-ins, click the appropriate links and follow the prompts. You'll need to restart your computer for activate the plug-in once it has downloaded. Then come back to iCoke.ca™ so you can see the video.
- I'm watching a video and it kee™ps cutting out and starting back up again. Why can't I just see it from beginning to end without interruption?
If you can't see the movie from start to finish without your player having to catch up and download along the way, you may have low virtual memory on your computer. Or your Internet connection speed is slow. Try starting up the video player again.
