1. Overview of the iCoke Program
The iCoke program (the “Program”) is a loyalty program sponsored by Coca-Cola Ltd. through which you can earn iCoke Coins that can be redeemed for rewards offered on the Site. iCoke Coins are points that accrue to your personal iCoke Coins account when you enter a multi-character iCoke PIN Code (“PIN”) found on specially marked packages of Coca-Cola products. You may also get the opportunity, from time to time, to enter PINs in exchange for contest entries and other special promotional items. iCoke Coins can also be earned by participating in other Coca-Cola programs that may award iCoke Coins. Once you become an iCoke member, you are eligible to have an iCoke Coins account in which you can start collecting iCoke Coins. iCoke Coins have no monetary value, but can be accumulated and redeemed in accordance with these Terms of Use.
2. Eligibility
In order to be eligible to participate in the Program you must register to be an iCoke member and have an iCoke Coins account. iCoke membership is open to individual legal residents of Canada, except (i) the employees, officers, directors, representatives and agents of Coca-Cola, authorized bottlers or distributors of Coca-Cola products, its and their respective advertising and promotion agencies, or any of the respective affiliates, related entities, successors or assigns; (ii) employees of any reuse or recycling depot; or (iii) persons domiciled with any of the above. The Program is offered to individuals only. Corporations, associations, schools or other groups may not participate in the Program.
You may only register one iCoke membership and have one iCoke Coins account. If we discover that you have attempted to register more than one as an iCoke membership account or iCoke Coins account all of your iCoke Coins accounts and iCoke memberships that are in addition to the first iCoke membership and iCoke Coins account you registered will be terminated automatically without notice to you. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to determine that a household address is only eligible for one iCoke account, and reserve the right to terminate all iCoke accounts that are in excess of one iCoke account registered to the same household address without notice. We also reserve the right which may exercise in our sole discretion to terminate your iCoke membership if you have registered more than one iCoke membership or iCoke Coins account. You may only register to become an iCoke member with your own personal name, email address and shipping address, which must be verifiable. Addresses containing a P.O. box are not permitted. Upon registration if you indicate that you are under 13 years of age, you will be prompted to print out a parental consent form, which your parent or guardian must complete, sign and fax to 1-888-465-4565. All participants who are under the age of 13 at the time of registration require their parent or legal guardian’s consent in order to register to become iCoke members.
3. Duration, Modification and Termination of the Program
The Program does not have a scheduled end date. We reserve the right to cancel the Program at any time without notice to you. We also reserve the right to modify any of the Terms of Use set forth herein - including, but not limited to, the partners in the Program, the duration of the iCoke Coins earning period, eligible rewards, the amount of iCoke Coins required for each reward, the number of methods through which you may earn iCoke Coins, the number of iCoke Coins that may be redeemed in the Program, and any of the options made available to you with respect to your iCoke Coins account - at any time, without notice, even though these changes may affect your ability to accrue or use iCoke Coins.
4. Enrolling in the Program
No purchase is required for enrolment. You may enroll in the Program by following the instructions set out at http://www.iCoke.ca to become an iCoke member. You must complete every filed that is required on the “Registration” page. You must provide your name, age, mailing address, phone number, valid email address and you will be required to create a unique username and password.
By registering, you will receive an iCoke Coins account associated with your unique username and password; a profile will automatically be set up for you. Log in and enter the PINs found on Coca-Cola products on the iCoke home page or in the PIN entry widget found on selected pages of the Site.
5. Termination of iCoke Memberships
We reserve the right to terminate your iCoke membership if you engage in any tampering or other fraudulent activity in connection with the Program, including, but not limited to, PINs, iCoke Coins, promotions, rewards items redeemable for iCoke Coins, contests and/or sweepstakes, or, if you otherwise participate in any aspect of the Program in a manner inconsistent with these iCoke Program Terms of Use, or that is inconsistent with the applicable official rules for contests and/or sweepstakes that you have entered, or if your actions in connection with any aspect of the Program are in violation of any federal, local, provincial, or territorial laws, statutes or ordinances. We may also terminate your iCoke membership if we find that you have registered for more than one iCoke membership or iCoke Coins Account. Termination of your iCoke membership may result in the loss of all accumulated iCoke Coins and Program benefits that have accured, including rewards items that you are waiting to receive at the time your membership is terminated. In addition to terminating your iCoke membership, we have the right to take appropriate administrative and/or legal action, including criminal prosecution, as we deem necessary in our sole discretion.
All questions or disputes regarding eligibility for the Program, earning or redemption of iCoke Coins, or an iCoke member 's compliance with these iCoke Program Terms of Use will be resolved by Coca-Cola and/or its independent Program administrators, in their sole discretion.
6. How To Obtain iCoke PINs
Look under the cap of specially marked 591 ml, and 2L bottles, behind the labels of specially marked Coca-Cola product packages, or behind the stickers of specially marked fountain cups of Coca-Cola®, Diet Coke®, Coke Zero®, or other Coca-Cola products, depending on availability and while supplies last, for a PIN. Each PIN permits you to earn iCoke Coins and/or to obtain, from time to time selected promotional items or to enter selected contests.
7. Earning iCoke Coins
You may enter a PIN on the Site by following the instructions found at http://www.icoke.ca or via mobile phane (cell phone and text message or other data charges may apply) by following the instructions found at https://mobile.icoke.ca. When you enter PINs on the Site or by mobile phone you will be awarded iCoke Coins in your iCoke Coins account, provided your entry of PINs is in accordance with these Terms of Use. The number of iCoke Coins you receive with each product may vary, depending on the product. From time to time, you may be given the option to receive promotional items or selected contest entries instead of iCoke Coins in exchange for selected PINs.
Additional methods of obtaining PINs or iCoke Coins may be added at our discretion.
8. Earning iCoke Coins through the 'Tell a Friend' Program
You may be invited to submit the names and email addresses of friends who are eligible to enrolll in the Program. Each person you refer will receive an email message sent from your e-mail account advertising the Program. We will not collect any personal information about anyone you refer unless that person later enrolls in the Program and becomes an iCoke member. An email message promoting the Program will not be sent to anyone who is already enrolled in the Program, or to anyone who has been referred by another iCoke member within the past 14 days, or who has previously opted-out of receiving emails from us.
9. Verification of PINs
iCoke Coins will not be awarded until after PINs have been validated. PINs and iCoke Coins are subject to verification and are void if (a) not obtained in accordance with these iCoke Program Terms of Use and through legitimate channels or (b) if any part is counterfeit, altered, defective, tampered with or irregular in anyway. The corresponding number of iCoke Coins will appear in the iCoke member's iCoke Coins account within 48 hours after completion of the validation process, however, we reserve the right in our sole discretion to award iCoke Coins later 48 hours if additional time is needed for any reason.
10. iCoke Coins Account
You may not combine or transfer iCoke Coins with other iCoke members’ iCoke Coins accounts. You may not combine PINs obtained by others for deposit into a single iCoke member's iCoke Coins account, or transfer, sell, or otherwise dispose of PINs in any manner in violation or attempted subversion of these iCoke Program Terms of Use. Any attempts you make to combine or transfer PINs or iCoke Coins will result in your disqualification from the Program and the forfeiture of all iCoke Coins in your iCoke Coins account.
iCoke Coins have no monetary value and do not constitute property of an iCoke member and may be revoked by us at any time as set forth herein. iCoke Coins may not be transferred or assigned, and are not transferable upon death, as part of a domestic relations matter or otherwise by operation of law.
11. Limit on PIN Code Entries
Whether you use the Site or your mobile phone (or any combination of the two methods of PIN entry) to enter PINs , you may only enter up to ten (10) PINs within a seven (7) day period beginning Mondays at 12:01:01 a.m. Eastern Standard Time or Eastern Daylight Saving Time (as applicable) (“Eastern Time”) through till Sunday at 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time. If you forget the limit on PIN entries and try to enter more than the 10 (ten) PINs allowed during any given seven (7) day period, your PINs will not be awarded iCoke Coins and you will have to save them for re-entry during a subsequent seven (7) day period. Any attempts you make to to enter more than 10 PINs within the same seven (7) day period by using multiple or different e-mail addresses, identities, iCoke member registrations and/or logins, or any other methods, will completely void all PIN entries you have attempted ; no iCoke Coins will be awarded to your iCoke Coin account and the PINs you have entered will be rendered invalid such that they cannot be used during subsequent 7 seven day periods.
12. Accuracy of iCoke Coins accounts
You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your iCoke Coins account. You are encouraged to check your iCoke Coins account either on the Site or via your mobile (cell phone and data charges may apply) to ensure that the correct number of iCoke Coins have been accrued. If you believe that iCoke Coins were not properly accrued to your iCoke Coins account, you must notify Coca-Cola through the Customer Care link on the Site so that we can determine if any errors were made.
We reserve the right to require proof, including, but not limited to, a receipt, together with specially marked labels, caps, stickers or cartons from the iCoke member, that PINs or iCoke Coins were obtained in a legitimate manner in accordance with these iCoke Program Terms of Use (valid PIN Code and/or Survey Completion). Our decisions regarding the awarding of iCoke Coins are final and binding. Any iCoke Coins that are determined to have not been obtained in a legitimate manner will be will be removed from your iCoke Coins account or the iCoke Coins account to which they were deposited. We will accept proof of purchase in the form of a receipt and related specially marked labels, caps, stickers or cartons.
13. Redeeming iCoke Coins
You may redeem your iCoke Coins for rewards listed in the “Spend Coins” section of the Site. Redemption levels for each reward available for redemption will vary. We reserve the right to modify the redemption reward levels and rewards at any time during the Program. You must comply with all terms, conditions, and restrictions applicable to each reward. When redeeming iCoke Coins for rewards provided by Coca-Cola partners you must comply with all terms, conditions, and restrictions specified by each Coca-Cola partner. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of certain products which you can purchase through the facilities of this Site. Any redemption requests or orders exceeding the stipulated redemption limit for any reward item available on the Site will not be fulfilled and the iCoke Coins spent for that order will not be reimbursed to your iCoke Coins account. You may also use your iCoke Coins to enter contests and sweepstakes that are offered on the Site. We encourage you to read the official rules we provide in association with every contest or sweepstakes we run.
14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By participating in the Program, you acknowledge that technical processing and transmission of the Site may involve transmissions over various networks and changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. We are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of information, for problems related to any of the equipment or programming associated with the Program or utilized by you, for any human or technical error of any kind, for any interruption, deletion, omission, defect, or line failure of any telephone network or electronic transmission, for problems relating to computer equipment, software, inability to access the Site or online service, or for any other technical or non-technical error or malfunction.
