NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.
1. Eligibility: iCoke™ Canada Sweeps 17 (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to individual residents of Canada, except (i) the employees, officers, directors, representatives and agents of Coca-Cola Ltd., ePrize, LLC, authorized bottlers or distributors of Coca-Cola® products, its and their respective advertising and promotion agencies, or any of the respective affiliates, related entities, successors or assigns; (ii) employees of any reuse or recycling depot; or (iii) persons domiciled with any of the above. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, territorial and municipal laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

3. Agreement to Official Rules: By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrant warrants that he/she fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and/or Administrator, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
4. Timing: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 p.m. Eastern Daylight Saving Time ("EDT"), August 31, 2009, ends at 11:59:59 a.m. Eastern Daylight Saving Time ("EDT"), October 31, 2009, (the "Promotion Period") and consists of the draw period as set forth in the chart below. Administrator’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.

5. How to Enter: To participate in the Sweepstakes, you must have an active iCoke™ Account. If you do not already have an iCoke™ Account, follow the onscreen directions to create one. Creating an account is free. (See Section #6 for details on creating an iCoke Account.) There are 2 ways to enter the Sweepstakes:
Use 500 iCoke Coins™ to Enter. As an iCoke.ca member, you may earn iCoke Coins® by purchasing and looking under the caps of specially-marked 591 mL and 2L bottles of Coca-Cola ®, Diet Coke®, and Coke Zero®, or 591 mL bottles of Sprite®, or specially-marked 710 mL bottles of POWERade® (all flavors except Ice Berry Wave, Zero Strawberry, and Zero Mixed Berry), 591 mL bottles of POWERade® (all flavors except Ice Berry Wave) depending on availability and while supplies last, for a multi-character, unique PIN Code. PIN Codes are good for entry online. During the Promotion Period, various restaurants serving Coca-Cola fountain products may from time to time make specially-marked Fountain Cups available. During the Promotion Period, Coca-Cola may, at its sole discretion, include the following as participating additional specially-marked products: packages, fountain cups or product sizes. It may also make PIN Codes and/or iCoke Coins® available through other methods, in its sole discretion. iCoke Coins® are available through PINs on participating Coca-Cola® packages and other advertised iCoke™ programs. iCoke Coins® have no monetary value and may be accumulated and redeemed in accordance with the terms of use set out at iCoke.ca. Locate the multi-character, alpha-numeric PIN Code on the cap and go to www.iCoke.ca. Enter your PIN Code on the iCoke homepage or in the PIN entry field located on any page of the iCoke.ca website to credit your account with iCoke Coins™. To enter the Sweepstakes, follow the links and instructions on the iCoke.ca website to use 500 iCoke Coins™ for each entry.
For All Entries: Limit: Each participant may enter no more than 5 times per day for each of the prizes listed in Section #9 below via any method or combination of methods of entry. Multiple participants are not permitted to share the same email address. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that participant's entries and that participant may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, illegible, postage-due or misdirected registrations or entries, all of which will be disqualified. In the event of a dispute as to any registration, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register will be deemed to be the registrant or player. Each potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.
6. How to Create an iCoke Account: Click on the “Register” link at www.iCoke.ca and follow the instructions to create your iCoke Account. To create an iCoke Account, you must have a unique, valid email address. Participants under age 13 at the time of registration need parental consent to participate. Upon registration, if you indicate you are under 13 years of age, you will be prompted to print out a parental consent form, which your parent or guardian must complete, sign and fax to 1-888-465-4565 and you will not be permitted to create an iCoke Account or participate in the Promotion (or any other iCoke activity) until parental consent is confirmed. User will receive an email upon receipt of parental consent. Limit: 1 iCoke Account per person per email address; Limit: 1 username per person per email address; username/email address cannot be shared. The person who is the authorized account holder of the email address indicated when registering a username will be deemed the entrant/participant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, Internet service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. As part of registration, you will be asked to enter a confidential personal password and your personal email address. Email addresses, usernames and passwords that are duplicated, obscene or offensive may be rejected or revised at any time, in Sponsor’s sole discretion. You are responsible for keeping your email address and password secret and under your control. Sponsor assumes no liability for any unauthorized use of your account.
7. ALL POTENTIAL WINNING ENTRIES ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY SPONSOR OR ADMINISTRATOR, WHOSE DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING. AN ENTRANT IS NOT A WINNER OF ANY PRIZE, EVEN IF THE SWEEPSTAKES SHOULD SO INDICATE, UNLESS AND UNTIL ENTRANT'S ELIGIBILITY AND THE POTENTIAL WINNING ENTRY HAVE BEEN VERIFIED AND ENTRANT HAS BEEN NOTIFIED THAT VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE. ANY ENTRY THAT OCCURS AFTER THE SYSTEM HAS FAILED FOR ANY REASON IS DEEMED A DEFECTIVE ENTRY, IS VOID AND WILL NOT BE HONORED. POTENTIAL WINNERS SHOULD SAVE ALL PARTICIPATING PRODUCT LABELS, CARTONS OR COPIES OF DIGITAL PIN CODES AND KEEP THEM IN A SAFE PLACE. THEY MAY BE REQUIRED IN ORDER TO CLAIM A PRIZE.
8. Prize Selection and Verification of the Potential Winners: Administrator, an independent judging organization whose decisions as to the administration and operation of the Sweepstakes and the selection of the potential winner are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes, will randomly select the potential winner, from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period at 12:00 p.m. EDT in Pleasant Ridge, Michigan, U.S.A. on or around the date listed in the chart in Section #4. The potential winner will be notified by email, according to the contact information provided upon registration. The potential winner will be advised of the procedure that he/she must follow to claim the prize. The potential winner (or parent/legal guardian if winner is a minor in his/her province or territory of residence as of the date of prize fulfillment) will be required to sign and return to Administrator, within 5 days of the date notice or attempted notice is sent, a Declaration of Compliance and Release form, along with the original label, sticker or carton (if requested and if entrant entered through purchase method) with the PIN Code used for the winning entry, in order to claim his/her prize and fulfill any such other requirements as determined by Administrator. The potential winner must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question without assistance or mechanical aid and must return the completed skill test to the Administrator along with the Declaration of Compliance. A potential winner under age 13 may ask parent/legal guardian for assistance with the mathematical skill-testing question. It is strongly recommended that the potential winner photocopy all documents prior to sending and to send the original documents using insured Registered Mail with a receipt of mailing. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to correctly answer the mathematical skill-testing question as directed, or fails to sign and return the Declaration of Compliance and Release form within the required time period, potential winner forfeits prize. In the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Administrator will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. There will be 3 alternate drawings, after which the applicable prize will remain un-awarded. Prize will be fulfilled to confirmed winners 8-10 weeks after the end of the Promotion Period.
9. Prize: 1 GRAND PRIZE: $1,500 CDN Best Buy Gift Card. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $1,500 CDN. Terms and conditions of gift card apply. Prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize for 1 of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason. Winner is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use. Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received.
10. Publicity: Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes winner's consent (or where winner is a minor, his/her parent or legal guardian’s consent) for Sponsor to use winner's name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, biographical information, and address for promotional purposes in any and all forms of media, now known or hereafter devised including, without limitation, the Internet worldwide, in perpetuity, without further payment or consideration.
11. General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to suspend, cancel or modify the Sweepstakes for any reason without notice including but not limited to, the discovery of an error of any kind in the Official Rules, fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control that impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, subject, in Quebec, to the approval of the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prizes at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other Sweepstakes, or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage any Website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
12. Release: By entering this Sweepstakes, entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Coca-Cola Ltd., ePrize, LLC, the authorized bottlers or distributors of Coca-Cola® products, and any promotional partners, each of their parent, subsidiary, affiliate and related companies, and each of its and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively the “Released Parties”) from and against any losses, damages, rights, claim or cause of action of any kind arising, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, out of participation in the iCoke.ca program, Sweepstakes or resulting directly of indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize awarded in connection with the Sweepstakes, including without limitation personal injury, death, and/or property damage, as well as claims based on publicity rights, defamation, and/or invasion of privacy.
13. Limitations of Liability: The Released Parties are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, slow down, interruptions, or disconnections in phone networks or lines or network hardware or software connected to or related to the Sweepstakes; any problems or technical malfunction or speed or quality of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, or software howsoever caused; failure of any email or transmission to be received by Coca-Cola Ltd. on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Website; any injury or damage to a registrant or any other person or their computer or other property, related to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes or website offers, or downloading any material related thereto; or, any combination thereof. (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (4) technical or human error which may occur or arise or may have occurred in the Official Rules, in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (5) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize or while traveling to or from any prize-related activity. If for any reason an entrant’s entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant’s sole remedy is another PIN to permit entrant to submit another entry or in the case of an offline entry, another actual entry in the Sweepstakes; provided that the Sweepstakes has not been completed. In the event that it is not possible to award another entry due to discontinuance of the Sweepstakes for any reason, Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may elect to hold a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the date of discontinuance for any or all of the remaining prizes offered herein. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. In the event that production, technical, seeding, programming or any other reasons cause more than stated number of prizes as set forth in these Official Rules to be available and/or claimed, the Sponsor reserves the right to award only the stated number of prizes by a random drawing among all legitimate, un-awarded, eligible prize claims to select potential winners. Remaining prize(s) will be awarded to the first entrant(s) selected who correctly answer(s) a mathematical skill-testing question and otherwise comply with these Official Rules.
The Released Parties are not responsible for any online or other charges entrants may incur in connection with participating in the Sweepstakes. The Released Parties are not responsible for the availability or content of any other Website to which the Website is linked. All content on the Website is the property of Coca-Cola Ltd. or the manufacturers and suppliers of the items offered in the Sweepstakes. Coca-Cola Ltd. grants a limited license to each user of the Website to make personal use only of the Website itself. Any other use, including the reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission or display of the content on the Website is strictly prohibited.
14. Disputes: Entrant agrees that: (i) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the Courts of Ontario, Canada; (ii) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes but in no event legal fees or disbursements; and (iii) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Province of Ontario, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the Province of Ontario or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the Province of Ontario. For Residents of Quebec Only: Any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.
15. Entrant's Personal Information: Coca-Cola Ltd. is committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information collected from you in the course of the Sweepstakes will be subject to Coca-Cola Ltd.’s Privacy Policy posted on the Website at www.icoke.ca. Personal information collected in this Sweepstakes will be disclosed to and used by the Released Parties for the purpose of administering the Sweepstakes in accordance with these Official Rules, administering warranties, or where required or permitted by law.
16. Winner List: Winner List requests will only be available after the promotion end date (listed above).
